Shipping

Standard common carrier delivery is curbside and does not include unloading the merchandise or delivering it inside your location. We generally deliver through UPS or USPS.

Shipping to contiguous US Customers (Alaska and Hawaii may be extra).

- $12.95 for Standard Common Shipments (Elegible for Free Shipping after you meet the minimum of $150.00)

- Any Oversized Shipments that are 65"-95" long would incur an additional shipping fee of $41.50 and are Not Elegible for Free Shipping.

Most items are shipped within 5-10 business days of ordering. You will be notified as soon as possible if there is a delay regarding your order.

Returns

1. Contact us to recieve a return authorization.

2. Your order must have been placed within the last 30 days to be eligible for a refund.

3. In your return package, please include your order details and reasons for the return. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days of receiving your package.

A restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of processing the items back into stock. Items returned up to 14 days are subject to 20% restocking fee. Items returned between 14-30 days are subject to 25% restocking fee.

While we're unable to exchange items, we can set up a Return Authorization so you can return the items you no longer need and place an order for new items.

- All regularly stocked items, with the exception of consumable products, can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). Shipping charges paid at the time of checkout will not be credited along with the return. An applicable restocking fee will be deducted from the amount due. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns.

- If your original payment method was made by wire, check, or ACH you will be offered store credit or a check refund.If your order contains customized items or was placed outside of 30 days, contact us via email at Support@GlassRailingHardware.com with your order number, the item number(s) you are returning and reason for the return. We will contact you within 1 business day with either approval for your return or additional questions, plus next steps.

We can refund most orders (minus the cost of shipping), and we are committed to helping you find the correct replacement part.

Items must be received in re-sellable condition in order to qualify for a refund.

Returns

All returns must be pre-approved prior to return.

  • Items must not have been installed, cut or modified in any way. Items must be in original condition.
  • Contact us within 30 days of receipt of the item being returned for approval.
  • Indicate the name and address the order was placed under and the reason the product needs to be returned.

 Once a return is approved, the item may be returned.

  • All returns must be received within 30 days of approval.
  • The customer is responsible for all return postage or shipping fees, as well as any shipping damage.

When returning the package:

  • Package the return items in original shipping package, if possible.
  • Include all subcomponents, original Packaging Slip and Return Authorization Form.

Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your credit card within 7 business days.

We cannot refund item(s) that are:

Cancellation

  • Orders are typically sent out within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has shipped it cannot be cancelled but can be returned.
